Notice on the Delisting of the IP/USDT Perpetual Contract

Dear Users,

As IP/USDT has lost its primary market pricing and liquidity support, BitxEX has decided to delist the IP/USDT Perpetual Contract in order to protect users' assets, maintain a fair trading environment, and ensure the stability of the platform's risk management system.

Delisting Rules

1. Trading Suspension & Order Cancellation

• After trading is suspended, users will no longer be able to open, increase, reduce, or place orders for the contract.
• All pending orders will be automatically cancelled by the system.

2. Automatic Position Settlement

• All open IP/USDT positions will be automatically closed at the time of delisting.
• The settlement price will be determined based on available market reference prices and the platform's risk control mechanism.
• The final settlement price shall be subject to the platform's actual execution.

To avoid uncertainties caused by automatic settlement, users are strongly advised to close their positions before the suspension time.
