I. Activity Background
To thank our users for their continued support of the BitxEX platform and to further enhance the activity and trading experience of existing users, BitxEX is launching the "Returning User Program".
During the program, eligible returning users can participate in two exclusive benefits: deposit cashback and continuous check-in bonuses. Complete designated tasks to receive real-money rewards.
II. Activity Period

III. Eligible Participants
Existing BitxEX platform users.
Meeting any of the following conditions qualifies you to participate:
No trading in the past 60 days;
Or no logging into your BitxEX account in the past 90 days;
Final eligibility is subject to BitxEX system determination.
Activity 1: Deposit Cashback for Returning Users
Activity Rules
During the program, eligible returning users who complete their first deposit will receive a corresponding real-money cashback reward. Reward Standards

Reward Explanation
Each eligible user can only participate once;
Only the first deposit amount will be counted during the event;
After completing the deposit, users can contact online customer service to register and receive the reward.
The reward will be issued to the user's spot trading account.
Withdrawal Rules
The deposit cashback amount is considered a platform bonus.
Users must complete 500 times the bonus amount in valid trading volume before they can apply to withdraw the corresponding bonus.
For example:
Receive a 20 USDT cashback reward;
After accumulating 10,000 USDT in valid trading volume, the 20 USDT reward can be withdrawn.
Event Two: Consecutive Check-in Bonus for Existing Users
Event Rules
Register for the "Check-in Event" through online customer service.
During the event, eligible existing users can complete the daily check-in by logging into BitxEX and completing at least one valid trade.
The event uses a consecutive check-in milestone reward mechanism; reaching a specified number of consecutive days will allow users to receive the corresponding reward.
If the check-in is interrupted, the consecutive check-in days will be recalculated.

Complete 7 consecutive days of check-ins to earn up to 18 USDT in real cash rewards.
Check-in Requirements
Each day must meet the following conditions:
Log in to your BitxEX account;
Complete at least one valid trade (minimum trade amount 1000 USDT).
Meeting the above conditions constitutes completing the daily check-in.
Reward Distribution
After reaching the corresponding consecutive check-in milestone, contact customer service for the bonus, which can be withdrawn directly.
IV. General Rules for the Activity
1. Users can participate in both activities simultaneously and receive the corresponding rewards for each.
2. Valid trading volume generated from opening and closing positions will be included in the statistics.
3. Each user can only participate in the returning user activity once during the activity period.
4. BitxEX reserves the right to disqualify users from the activity if they engage in malicious arbitrage using the same user, the same identity verification information, the same device, or other related accounts.
5. Any violations such as wash trading, hedging, related account wash trading, and fraudulent trading are strictly prohibited. Upon discovery, the platform reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards and recover any rewards already issued.
6. Reward distribution, deposit amount verification, valid trading volume statistics, and user eligibility verification are all subject to the final records of the BitxEX platform system.
7. BitxEX reserves the right to the final interpretation of these activity rules.
V. Activity Description
