BitxEX User Agreement

1. Introduction

BitxEX (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") is a company focused on providing blockchain-related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

Our operating website is http://www.bitxex.io (hereinafter referred to as "BitxEX" or "the Website").

In this Agreement, "we" and "you" are collectively referred to as the "Parties," and individually as a "Party." BitxEX may provide multilingual versions; in case of conflict, the Chinese version shall prevail.

2. Important Notes

We remind you of the following:

Digital assets are not issued by any financial institution or BitxEX;

The digital asset market is emerging and not fully validated, and may not experience sustained growth;

Digital asset trading involves extremely high risks;

Digital asset trading may be suspended or prohibited due to changes in laws and regulations in various countries.

Digital asset trading is not suitable for all investors. You should fully understand and assess your own risk tolerance, make prudent decisions, and bear all possible losses yourself.

3. User Responsibility

BitxEX only acts as a platform for providing information and negotiating transactions and does not participate in any transactions. You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity, legality, and validity of the information provided and bear the corresponding responsibility.

BitxEX does not provide investment advice; you should make your own decisions.

If BitxEX determines that you have violated this agreement or relevant laws, we have the right to suspend or terminate the service.

It is prohibited to use BitxEX for any illegal activities, such as money laundering or smuggling. We have the right to take necessary measures and reserve the right to pursue legal action.

It is prohibited to engage in unethical trading behaviors such as market manipulation. BitxEX will take preventative measures, including but not limited to warnings, trading restrictions, and account closure.

4. General Provisions

This agreement includes the main text, the Privacy Policy, the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, and other rules issued by BitxEX.

Please read this agreement carefully before using BitxEX services. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

Registering as a user indicates your agreement to all terms of this agreement.

Users should safeguard their account and password and are responsible for all activities under their account.

Only registered users can use BitxEX's trading platform and other services.

Registering and using the service indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.

5. Agreement Revision

We reserve the right to revise this Agreement from time to time and will announce it on the website. The revised Agreement will take effect immediately upon publication. If you do not agree to the revisions, you should immediately stop using the service; continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

6. Miscellaneous

This Agreement only binds the rights and obligations between you and us and does not involve legal relationships between users or other websites.

7. Effective Date

This Agreement shall take effect from the date you first use BitxEX services.
