I. Incident Description
During operation, the platform detected a large-scale abnormal traffic attack, causing fluctuations on some lines. To ensure system stability and user asset security, the platform immediately activated its emergency response mechanism and maintained and reinforced the relevant systems.
II. Compensation Plan for Trading Anomalies
For abnormal liquidations, accidental stop-loss triggers, or order execution anomalies that may have occurred due to network fluctuations during system maintenance, the platform will provide special compensation, as follows:
