These parties have published false information across online platforms, search engines, social media, and other channels, and have even used names, logos, and applications that are highly similar to official BitxEX materials to conduct related activities. Such actions may mislead users, damage the reputation of the platform, and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of users.

To prevent users from being misled, BitxEX hereby issues the following solemn statement:

1. The Official BitxEX Platform Is Operating Normally

The official BitxEX platform is currently operating in a stable manner. All business operations, user services, and technical systems remain fully functional.

The official BitxEX application has been officially listed on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, and users may download and use platform services through official channels.

Recently, certain negative reviews, risk warnings, or false information appearing in online search results, third-party websites, and online platforms have, upon verification, been found to be related to third-party impersonation platforms, infringing applications, and maliciously distributed content. Such information does not represent the true status of the official BitxEX platform.

At the same time, certain search results may be automatically generated by algorithms based on publicly available online information. Such content does not constitute any official determination, investigation conclusion, or regulatory opinion issued by regulatory authorities, judicial bodies, or other authoritative institutions. Users are advised to rationally assess the source of such information and rely only on official BitxEX announcements.

2. BitxEX Has No Association with Any Impersonation Platforms

Any unauthorized use of the BitxEX/BITXEX， name, logo, brand materials, official website information, application interface, customer service identity, community information, or other brand assets has no connection whatsoever with the official BitxEX platform.
